My Yoga Journey

I have been practising Yoga for the past 5 years, originally exploring the practise as part of my rehab after a back injury. As a dancer, choreographer and teacher for over 10 years I was very familiar with movement and my body but not the huge benefits of this holistic approach. More recently I have developed my skills as a Yoga Teacher, completing my RYT 200hr & 300hr Yoga Teacher Training. My class focusses on combining Vinyasa flow with elements of Power Yoga to a motivating and uplifting soundtrack. I explore the connection between breath, movement and music with pace and creative sequencing. I truly believe in the benefits of yoga to improve both physical and mental health.
